Target Wednesday at The Frost
The Target Wednesday After Hours for February at The Frost Museum of Art is coming up on the 23rd, when the Frost presents Artworks!, an exhibit that showcases the work of students from Miami-Dade County Public Schools who participate in the MDCPS art therapy program. Cirque de la Symphonie!
If you’re looking for something different to do for Valentine’s day,  check out the Symphony of the Americas and their upcoming pair of concerts called Cirque de la Symphonie! This concert takes live classical music with the Symphony of the Americas and adds choreography by 8 internationally acclaimed aerialists on fully staged “cirque” equipment. There’s two performances, a 3pm matinee on Sunday the 13th, and it repeats at 7:15 on Valentine’s day.  Tickets are available online at symphonyoftheamericas.org.

Two One Acts
“The Problem” is on stage at the Edge Theatre, A.R. Gurney’s play dives into the academic world as an absent-minded professor seems to miss the fact that his wife is 9 months pregnant.   The second one-act play is “The Pattern”. This one finds a young woman seeking counseling to see if she should actually marry her fiance. He might be a vampire. The Problem and the Pattern runs through the 19th at the Edge Theatre in Miami.
